Je suis en galere pour dès cotations suite à un soins palliatifs , tout est noté sur l’ordonnance mais la c’est trouble pour moi

Donc nous faisions avec mon collègue :

7h : perfalgan IV , Zophren IV et Spasfon IV + hydrat 24h
10h : vogalene IVD
13h : changement alimentation olimel+ baxter de sandostatine sur 24h + perfalgan+spasfon
17h : vogalene
21h : zophren perf + spasfon
